Information
Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
In this course, we will examine how language is represented and processed in the human brain. We will survey the foundational issues and recent developments in the cognitive neuroscience of language, and discuss how modern brain imaging techniques (e.g., fMRI, PET, EEG, and MEG) and research on aphasia and other language impairments are utilized to investigate fundamental questions regarding the nature and brain bases of language.
