Information
Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
Einführung in die Philosophie der Sozialwissenschaften anhand von einflussreichen Texten und Autor*innen. Die Texte werden von den Teilnehmer*innen gelesen, schriftlich und mündlich befragt und diskutiert. Ein weiteres Ziel ist die Kompetenz einen wissenschaftlichen, schriftlichen Beitrag (von der Länge eines wissenschaftlichen Aufsatzes) zu formulieren.Um sich mit der Thematik und dem Schwierigkeitsgrad des Kurses vertraut zu machen, empfehle ich Ihnen die Lektüre von: Mark Risjord, PHILOSOPHY OF SOCIAL SCIENCE, Routledge, London, 2014.
Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
Bewertung der Teilnahme an den Diskussionen (20% der Gesamtnote) , der hochgeladenen Fragen (20%) sowie des Aufsatzes (von zirka 20 Seiten, Font 12, Times New Roman) (60%)Mit der Anmeldung zu dieser Lehrveranstaltung stimmen Sie zu, dass die automatisierte Plagiatsprüfungs-Software Turnitin alle von Ihnen im moodle eingereichten schriftlichen Teilleistungen prüft.
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
Regelmäßige Teilnahme (nicht mehr als einmal unentschuldigt); pünktliches Erscheinen zum Seminar; Sorgfältigkeit (beim Lesen der Arbeiten anderer sowie der eigenen Präsentation); argumentatives Eingehen auf die Ideen anderer -- Regelmäßiges Hochladen der Fragen (mindestens 10 x) -- Eigenständiger Aufsatz zu einem Thema der LVDer Aufsatz soll eine im Seminar erörterte Frage behandeln und vor allem die im Seminar behandelte Literatur verwenden. Der Aufsatz könnte z.B. eine Kritik an einer Position formulieren, oder eine der Debatten in der Literatur darstellen und versuchen zu entscheiden.Die Note setzt sich aus drei Komponenten zusammen:Note fuer den Aufsatz: 60% bzw. 60 Punkte

Note fuer die muendliche Beteiligung: 20% bzw. 20 PunkteMindestanforderung: Für eine positive Beurteilung sind mind. 40 Punkte erforderlich

1: 85-100 Punkte
2: 70-84 Punkte
3: 55-69 Punkte
4: 40-54 Punkte
5: 0-39 PunkteAlle Teilleistungen muessen fuer das Erlangen einer positiven Abschlussnote erbracht werden.
