Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
The course consists of two parts: 1.) Introduction to basic topics in general psychology, and fundamental aspects of scientific work, such as reviewing literature, conducting research, and communicating findings to others. 2.) Readings, presentations, and subsequent discussions of various empirical papers.
Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
Evaluation is based on: active participation in discussions; presentation; and final exam.

Prüfungsstoff
Overview lectures by the instructor during the first part of the course, and group presentations and discussions during the second part of the course.
