- Einblick in die aktuelle Forschung des Arbeitsbereichs Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie
- Planung und Durchführung einer Studie zum Thema Autonomieanforderungen in Kleingruppen
- Erstellung eines Exposés und eines Abschlussberichts
- Vertiefung methodischer Kenntnisse (z.B.: Längsschnittdesign, Regressionsanalysen)
