The lectures will be focused on the following topics: i) Molecular graphics for macromolecule interactive visualization and data presentation); ii) Homology modelling; iii) Threading techniques; iv) In silico protein engineering. The lectures will be associated with practical exercises.
Notes - Participants are expected to be familiar with basic structural biology. No experience in computer science is required.
