Information
Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
This is a required course in the Master of Environmental Science curriculum. In order to successfully complete the course requirements, all enrolled students have to give a presentation focusing on their master thesis, whatever the advancement of the work (including the planning stage of the work).
Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
A presentation needs to be prepared that approximately lasts 15 min if it was held in class. It focuses on the master thesis of the student, whatever the advancement of the work (including the planning stage of the work). Students send in the presentation slides (pdf format) and a written text for each slide. Please limit the text to what you would say during the presentation. Please time the presentation including text and slides to 15 minutes.
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
The mark will concern the presentation slides (45%), the text (45%) and approximate planning of the length of the presentation (i.e. not more than 1 slide per minute, concise text) (10 %). Please send files to katharina.reinhold@univie.ac.at, to stephan.kraemer@univie.ac.at, and to your advisor
Prüfungsstoff
The presentations will focus on the master theses topics of the presenters
