Information
Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
The aim of the seminar is for MSc and PhD students to get familiar with hot topics and state-of-the-art research in physical cosmology, as well as train their presentation skills. In this Seminar, each participating student will present in detail a paper that has recently appeared on the arXiv preprint server and that relates to hot topics in cosmology, the large-scale structure of the Universe, or related topics in computational or statistical methods. Papers to be discussed will be proposed in the first meeting. Following every presentation, the class will discuss the content of the paper critically.
