In the prelaminary meeting on Wednesday, 05.10.2022 09:45 -10:45 the project topics of each supervisor will be briefly presented, and the selected topics will be commited. Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

In this course, students will conduct small research individual projects under the guidance of one of the involved supervisors and embedded in the various contributing research groups.
Students are advised to inform themselves about possible project themes and potential supervisors at https://ecology.univie.ac.at/studies/mec-8/ before the preparatory meeting.

Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel

Active participation during the project work (70%) and final written report (30%)

Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab

Conduct (under guidance of experienced scientists) a small research project, from literature survey and formulation of working hypotheses and research questions, through the gathering and analysis of the required data, to the writing of a final report.
