Prüfungsimmanente Lehrveranstaltung

Für diese LV wird eine verpflichtende Sicherheitsunterweisung stattfinden. Nach Ablauf der Anmeldephase und Aufnahme der Studierenden, muss diese absolviert werden. Der link zum entsprechenden Moodle-Kurs wird ihnen nach Aufnahme in den Kurs zugesendet.
Alle Übungsräume dürfen ausschließlich mit Labormantel und geschlossenen Schuhen betreten werden, falls benötigt, muss eine Laborbrille angeschafft werden - Privatsachen bitte in den Garderoberäumen verstauen.

All practice rooms may only be entered with a lab coat and closed shoes, and, if needed, lab glasses must also be purchased - please store private belongings in the cloakroom.

Verpflichtende Vorbesprechung am 3.3.2025 um 11:30 - 13:00 HS 1, UBB, Biologie Djerassiplatz 1, Ebene 0 inklusive anschließender Labor- und Sicherheitseinschulung im ÜR 1.5 bis ca. 15h! Anwesenheit ist dringend erforderlich, da bei nicht Absolvierung dieser Sicherheitseinschulung eine Teilnahme am Kurs nicht möglich ist. Es sind dazu auch ein baumwollener Labormantel, Schutzbrille (Details in der Vorbesprechung) und bei langen Haaren auch entsprechende Haargummiringerl, Klemmen mitzubringen. Bei nicht Einhaltung ist die Teilnahme an der Sicherheitseinschulung und daher auch am Kurs nicht möglich!

Information

Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

Diese prüfungsimmanente LV beinhaltet den Block funktionelle Pflanzenanatomie und den Block Pflanzenphysiologie.
Block Pflanzenanatomie: Ausgehend von der Einzelzelle werden Gewebe und Organe der Höheren Pflanzen an Hand von mikroskopischen Präparaten vorgestellt und bearbeitet.
Block Pflanzenphysiologie: Es werden molekulare und chemische Grundlagen des pflanzlichen Stoffwechsels vorgestellt und an Hand von ausgewählten Experimenten beschrieben. Themengebiete: Kohlenhydrate, Fett, Eiweiß, Enzyme, Atmung, Gärung, Photosynthese, Wasserhaushalt und Reizphysiologie.

Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel

Mitarbeit, Anfertigen von Zeichnungen (Anatomie), schriftlicher Zwischentest (Physiologie; Multiple Choice), schriftliche Wissensüberprüfung über den gesamten Stoff am Ende des Praktikums, schriftliches Kurz-Protokoll (Physiologie)

Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab

Grundlegende Kenntnisse der vorgestellten Blöcke. Punktesystem: für eine positive Absolvierung ist ein Erreichen von 60 % (360 Punkte von 600) notwendig. In die Bewertung fließen Mitarbeit, Zwischentest, Zeichnungen, Kurzprotokoll und schriftliche Abschlussprüfung ein.

Prüfungsstoff

Vorlesungsinhalte mittels ausgegebener Lernunterlagen (Further Readings) und Übungen mit mikroskopischer, experimenteller und analytischer Methodik.
