mandatory preliminary talk: 4.3.2019, 13.00 seminar room Limnology (floor 3, between Spange 3 and 4). Individual support during the semester. Final talks of the MEC4-projects will be given on September, 25th 2019 between 9 and 16 in the “Limnology Seminar Room" (3rd floor, beween Spange 3 and 4 UZA1).
Information
Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
Students will choose one of the offered topics (i.e. a small scientific project) and then work on this project under the supervision of the contributing staff in the respective working groups and labs. This course is providing all new MEC students a first opportunity to dip into practice-oriented research. Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
Final talks of the MEC4-projects will be held on 25th of September 2019 between 9 and 16 h in the “Limnology Seminar Room" (3rd floor, beween Spange 3 and 4 UZA1). Grading will be done by your supervisor.
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
Active participation during the project work (70%) and final oral presentation (30%)
Prüfungsstoff
Scientific lab work under direct supervision of faculty staff.
