Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

Die Lehrveranstaltung vermittelt Grundlagen über den Computereinsatz in der modernen molekularbiologischen Forschung: Suche, Herunterladen und Analyse von DNA- und Protein-Sequenzen unter Einsatz lokaler und Internet-basierender Ressourcen. Voraussetzungen: allgemeine EDV Kenntnisse und Übung III A: Molekularbiologische Laborarbeiten
