Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
The lecture series Biophysical Methods for Biological Macromolecules will cover light scattering methods for characterization of biomolecules:- Dynamic light scattering (DLS)- Static light scattering coupled to size exclusion chromatography (SEC/MALS)- Differential scanning fluorimetry (Thermofluor) (DSF)- Macromolecular crystallography (MX)- Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS)- Electron microscopy
