Information

Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

Students will be introduced to protein bioinformatics tools (RasMol, Pymol and Chimera) and databases (wwPDB, ePDB, CATH, SCOP, SCOP2, Pfam, InterPro, InterProScan)
They will learn strategies of protein expression in prokaryotic and eukaryotic hosts, design of constructs and choice of tags, vectors and cell lines.
