Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

• Comprehension, discussion and presentation of written and audio materials
• Objectives: Improvement of students' comprehension, speaking and presentation skills

• Homework and class participation 20%
• Final project 30%
• Group presentations 25%
• Individual presentation 25%

• English level B2 or higher

Grading scale:
• 90-100%: 1
• 80-89%: 2
• 70-79%: 3
• 60-69%: 4
• < 60%: 5 (fail)

Prüfungsstoff

• In addition to the final project, students will be expected to contribute to class discussions and group projects and make one independent presentation. Materials used in class will be made available to students through the Moodle platform. Emphasis will be on American English. Language of instruction is English.
