Listening comprehension, writing skills and discussion competence.

Regular attendance, contributions in class, homework, mid-term test and end-of-term test.
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
Improvement of students' comprehension of spoken English, improvement of writing skills (style, register, expression)
Prüfungsstoff
Recordings (podcasts, video clips) presented in class serve as the basis for discussion, group activities and homework. Materials used in class will be made available to students through Moodle. Students will be expected to contribute actively in class and hand in written homework ("semester folder").
