Information
Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
Die Vorlesung bietet theoretische Grundlagen zum Analysieren von inter- und transkulturellen Kommunikationssituationen. Anhand verschiedener theoretischer Zugänge werden Aspekte verbaler, nonverbaler und paraverbaler Kommunikation thematisiert, weiters gesellschaftliche und institutionelle Machtfaktoren in der Kommunikation.

Schriftliche Schlussprüfung
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
Die Studierenden entwickeln Sensibilität und Know-how für professionelle inter- und transkulturelle Kommunikation. Damit lernen sie reflektiert mit komplexen Kommunikationssituationen umzugehen, gruppensensibel zu agieren und Kommunikationssituationen aktiv zu gestalten.
Prüfungsstoff
Input in der Vorlesung, Transfer durch gelenkte Reflexion der vermittelten Inhalte, Selbstreflexion des eigenen Kommunikationsverhaltens, aktive Teilnahme und Feedback in der Vorlesung
