The goal of this course is to give the students tools to work the physical capacities from different populations in order to prevent injuries.
Enable the students to recognize the most common injuries in the different sports.

3.2 Balance/Proprioception Special workout focused on the lower body joints using unstable surfaces like Bosu®, Platforms, small mats or floor exercises.
3.3 Flexibility/Stretching Static, Dynamic, Active, Passive, PNF, Ballistic and Myofascial Release
