Information
Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
There are two parts. In the first part, I review the most important models of competition and innovation and patents, i.e. Arrow, 1962, Gilbert and Newbery, 1982, Dasgupta, Stiglitz, 1980, Nordhaus, 1969, and Reinganum 1981. The second part is a seminar on the empirical evidence.
