Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
This course is open for all doctoral students. We will focus on theoretical and methodological questions that you have come across in your thesis work - or that you expect to encounter when working on your thesis. While the first sessions will deal with more general issues in qualitative research (such as e. g. ethnography/fieldwork etc.), the latter sessions will be adapted according to the participants' research areas. Further details regarding course organization will be provided via Moodle.Methoden: Discussion, group work, presentations, peer-reviews.

• Presentation of assignment: 15 credits
• Written feedbacks: 30 credits
• Written assignment: 40 credits (the announced submission date is binding)
• Participation in discussion and other tasks: 15 credits. Other participation will be counted positively into the final assessment.60 credits and the submission of the written assignment are needed to pass the course.

• Mandatory attendance. Students may miss class twice in a term (without valid excuse).
• It is mandatory to upload the written assignments (concepts and peer-reviews).
• Detailed feedback on at least two other concepts is mandatory.Beurteilungsmaßstab:
