The lecture deals with advanced methodology in the synthesis of complec organic molecules with interesting biological properties, e.g. alkoloids, mormons, prostaglandins, macrolides etc. The point is to compare different synthetic routes with respect to the reactions involved and the relative efficiency of the approach.
