Contents
Main lines of European integration since 1945; concepts of European federation; the partition of Europe in the Cold War; Western reconstruction, alliance building and integration; the crises of integration; overcoming the Iron Curtain; post-Cold War European integration.

Aims
Command of and ability to critically analyze central issues and models.
