Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

This full-day seminar focuses on a variety of communication situations in the conference and meeting contexts, such as chairing and moderating conference sessions, introducing speakers, small talk during conference coffee breaks or before/after meetings, and managing both standard and difficult meeting situations. In addition, the seminar format also allows taking participants' individual interests and needs into consideration.
For each conversation situation, typical phrases and idioms will be presented and practiced.

Prüfungsstoff

Based on short inputs, participants will practice typical situations in pairs as well as small groups. Trainer and peer feedback consolidate the learning effect.
