Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
This full-day seminar focuses on a variety of communication situations in the conference context, such as chairing and moderating conference sessions, introducing speakers, handling questions after presentations, or small talk during coffee breaks or at lunch/dinner. In addition, the seminar format also allows taking participants' individual interests and needs into consideration.
Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
Based on short input phases, participants will practice typical situations individually as well as in pairs and small groups. Trainer and peer feedback consolidate the learning effect.
Prüfungsstoff
For each conversation situation, typical phrases and idioms will be presented and practiced.
