Aims, contents and method of the course

Überblick über die wichtigsten Ansätze der europäischen Moralphilosophie: Paradigmen europäischer Moralphilosophie (Aristoteles, Kant, Utilitarismus); Klassische Begründungen von Ethik (Naturrecht, Vernunftrecht), aktuelle Positionen (Diskursethik, Kontraktualismus, Neoaristotelismus, analytische Ethik, evolutionäre Ethik, angewandte Ethik).
Vorlesung = Vortrag mit Diskussionsmöglichkeit.

Assessment and permitted materials

Mainly written exams (online). The exam is usually held in German, although English and Spanish are possible, when needed.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

In order to pass the exam, sufficient expertise has to be proven, at least 51% of achievable points.
