Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Die russisch-orthodoxe Religionsphilosophie (Ende 19. Jh. / Anf. 20. Jh.) übte einen großen Einfluss auf unterschiedliche Entwicklungen und Denkmodelle in der orthodoxen Theologie des 20. Jh., über die Grenzen des russischen Sprachraums hinaus, aus. Umgekehrt sind Religionsphilosophen wie N. Berdjajew ohne den theologischen Hintergrund des ostkirchlichen Denkens kaum zu verstehen.
Das Seminar möchte sich mit den Beiträgen der repräsentativsten russischen Religionsphilosophen auseinandersetzen und zugleich die gegenseitge Beeinflussung zwischen russischer Religionsphilosophie und (russisch)-orthodoxer Theologie untersuchen.
