Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
presentation and participation (50 percent), oral Exam (50 percent). Both areas have to be completed sufficiently; in a whole, at least 61 percent have to be reached in order to pass the seminar.

Auf der Grundlage des Buches von Norbert Lohfink, "Unsere großen Wörter. Das Alte Testament zu Themen dieser Jahre", werden wir uns mit zentralen Themen des Alten Testamentes (u.a. Freiheit, Pluralismus, Grenzen des Wachstums, Staat, Gewalt, Gewaltenteilung, Nächstenliebe) befassen und dabei insbesondere der Frage nachgehen, wie das Verhältnis von Bedeutung und Relevanz biblischer Texte zu bestimmen ist.
