Aims, contents and method of the course

Das Seminar verfolgt das Ziel, in kritischer Absicht Kants Religionsphilosophie mit den maßgeblichen Positionen des neuzeitlichen Atheismus (Feuerbach, Marx, Nietzsche) zu konfrontieren. Das Seminar versteht sich - anlässlich des 200. Geburtstages von Karl Marx - als Angebot für Studierende der Theologie und der Philosophie. Grundkenntnisse der Philosophie Kants werden für die Teilnahme vorausgesetzt!

Assessment and permitted materials

Assessment consists of different mandatory obligations (in German): presentation and handout, regular and active participation, seminar paper and conclusive colloquy about the topics of the seminar. Two-time excused absence is permitted.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

All obligations have to be fulfilled.
