Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This course will be an introduction to the historical books of the Old Testament with a focus on the Hebrew Bible: the deuteronomistic (Jos, Judg, 1/2 Sam, 1/2 Kön) and the chronistic (1/2 Chron, Esr, Neh) history. The history and exegetical importance of the Septuagint will also be a topic. Time providing, the Greek books 1/2 Macc might also be included.
Assessment and permitted materials
written exam (40 minutes) on selected course topics.

In the written exams, 20 points can be achieved. In addition, with the bonus question, another 2 points can be achieved.
