Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

School, animal welfare, military, hospital - very different areas of human behavior which have one thing in common: they all can have an impact on the religious life. On the basis of national (Austrian) and European law constitutional law concernig religious freedom those and many other topics are governed by the "state religious law".
During the seminary selected topics of Austrian religious law will be presented.

Although this seminary deepens the course "Austrian and European Religious Law" both courses can be taken independently.

Students of theology or religious sciences are the main target group. Therefore special legal knowledge is not necessary.

Assessment and permitted materials

Anwesenheit, Mitarbeit, Bereitschaft ein Referat zu halten (ca. 30 Minuten) - 50 %
Seminararbeit - 50 %
