Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The seminar is dedicated to the success of couple relationships. Successful couple relationships are still a great ideal that is upheld despite experiences of relationship failure. In the seminar, we will explore the meaning of the ambiguous title: Is love destiny or can we actively contribute something? What expectations do we associate with marriage and partnership today? What is necessary for love to succeed - and what are the stumbling blocks that can cause love to fail? What do couple therapy experts tell us? How can these experiences and analyses be classified from a theological and ethical perspective? Do the Christian depictions of marriage match these experiences or are they exaggerated?
