The seminar "Early Christianity in Rome" (Öhler) or "Late Antique Christianity in Rome" (Heil) or the corresponding interdisciplinary seminar in this semester serves as preparation.

Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The excursion imparts historical and archaeological knowledge about the history of early and late antique Christianity in Rome. In addition, "tour guide skills" are practiced as well as new digital skills as " Studienreisenunterlagen 2.0" by creating their own digital audio guide. Details of the excursion will be discussed after the first seminar session.

Presentations are to be given during the seminar on topics from the excursion and suitable material is to be created for the digital guide.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Attendance at a corresponding seminar on the topic (Heil or Öhler, see above) is mandatory.
