Aims, contents and method of the course

In diesem Seminar werden zum einen Grundkenntnisse zur Epigraphik erlernt, zum anderen sollen einzelne Inschriften, die für die Geschichte des frühen Christentums wichtig sind, im Zusammenhang des Neuen Testaments genauer betrachtet werden.

Beurteilung von Mitarbeit und Aufarbeitung der häuslichen Lektüreaufgaben, Referat, schriftliche Ausarbeitung des Referats

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Fähigkeit zum Umgang mit epigraphischen Zeugnissen, Einblicke in die Arbeit mit Dokumenten aus der Umwelt des Neuen Testaments, Kenntnis für die Exegese wichtiger Inschriften, Einben in Präsentationstechnik

Examination topics

Referat, gemeinsame Lektüre von Neuem Testament und Inschriften, häusliche Vorbereitung
