Aims, contents and method of the course

Analysis, interpretation and discussion of source texts on the history of Protestantism in Austria.
In the course, students should learn how to find and methodically deal with historical source texts. The results will be presented and discussed in short presentations and group work. The students should thereby train their presentation technique and rhetorical skills.

Assessment and permitted materials

Participation in the course (including preparations at home), short presentations

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Regular attendance (one single excused absence is allowed); short presentation; preparation of meetings

Participation in the cource: 30%
Presentation: 40%
Preparation of meetings: 30%.
