Aims, contents and method of the course
Dem Problem, was "Tatsachen" sind, wird nachgegangen, wobei Quellen, Selektion und Interpretation, Logik und Wahrheit in der Historiographie besondere Beachtung bekommen. In dem Zusammenhang wird dem Umstand Rechnung getragen, dass ein Großteil des Quellenmaterials auch Heilige Schrift ist.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Verständnis für die Frage, warum "Geschichte Israels" in einer theologischen Fakultät notwendig ist.
Examination topics
Vorlesung zu Geschichtstheoretischen Themen, wobei praktische Beispiele aus der Geschichte Israels als Illustrationsmaterial verwendet werden.
