Aims, contents and method of the course

Ablauf und Inhalte: Die Vorlesung beginnt am Dienstag, den 12. Oktober 2022 und findet wöchentlich statt. Es wird der Allgemeine Teil des Strafrechts (Lehre von der Straftat) systematisch besprochen und anhand von vielen Beispielen, die den Modulprüfungen entnommen sind, erläutert.

Vorbereitung: Die Vorlesung kann nur beim Lernen und Verstehen unterstützen. Es wird von den TeilnehmerInnen daher selbstständige Vorbereitung auf die einzelnen Vorlesungseinheiten erwartet. Vor allem die Beispiele sollten Sie vorweg vorbereiten.

In der Vorlesung findet keine Leistungskontrolle statt.

Da keine Leistungskontrolle stattfindet, weil es sich um eine Vorlesung handelt, gibt es weder Mindestanforderungen noch Beurteilungsmaßstab.
