Aims, contents and method of the course

Ziel der Lehrveranstaltung ist die Vermittlung des Systems des öffentlichen Wirtschaftsrechts einschließlich der verfassungsrechtlichen und unionsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen der wirtschaftlichen Betätigung privater und öffentlicher Akteure sowie eines Überblicks über Gebiete des Wirtschaftsverwaltungsrechts.
Methode: Vortrag, Kurzreferat und Mitarbeit

Klausur, Kurzreferat, Mitarbeit

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Mindestanforderung ist die positive Teilnahme an der Klausur. Referat und mündliche Mitarbeit fließen zu je einem Drittel in die Note ein. Es besteht Anwesenheitspflicht, ein einmaliges unentschuldigtes Fehlen ist gestattet.
