Aims, contents and method of the course
Vermittlung solider Grundkenntnisse der Rechtsethik anhand der Konzeption G.W.F. Hegels, unter Rückgriff auf die Rechtsphilosophie Platons, Aristoteles, Kants sowie des Deutschen Idealismus, sowie deren gegenwärtige Erscheinungsweise im Kommunitarismus.
