In-depth analysis of selected topics; the particpiants should learn how to elaborate and discuss human rights topics in a scholarly way
Examination topics
Presentation and discussion of the seminar papers of the participants ; feedback to topic and paper presentations

After an introduction to the international right of expropriation, protection by human rights, protection by investment laws, the participants will be given the opportunity to work with selected questions concerning deprivation of property; a special focus will lie on the problems of indigenous peoples.
