Aims, contents and method of the course
The course deals with the principles of the law of estate agents and their background in general private law. The main issues are discussed on the basis of court decisions. Grading based on a test in written form.

1 written exam (60%, permitted additive: legislative text)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The aim of the course is to achieve basic knowledge of the subject matter offering the competency to judge practical cases.
