Ziele:
Einführung in das Unternehmensrecht

Inhalte:
Allgemeines Unternehmens- und Publizitätsrecht, unternehmensbezogene Geschäfte, Grundzüge der Rechnungslegung, Wertpapierrecht

Assessment and permitted materials

Die Vorlesungsprüfung wird durch einen digitalen Multiple-Choice Test auf Moodle abgehalten.

Es handelt sich bei der Vorlesungsprüfung NICHT um die MP Unternehmensrecht, sondern um eine separate Form der Leistungskontrolle, die zur Selbsteinschätzung Ihres unternehmensrechtlichen Könnens dient. Die Anmeldung (Registrierung) für die Vorlesung reicht nicht aus, eine separate Anmeldung zur Vorlesungsprüfung ist unbedingt nötig, damit dann auch die Noten eingetragen werden können.

Bei Teilnahme an der Prüfung werden die dabei erworbenen ECTS in Ihrem Sammelzeugnis unter dem Punkt "Interessensmodul" dokumentiert.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Es müssen mindestens 50% der Punkte erreicht werden. Es erfolgt eine Beurteilung durch „mit Erfolg teilgenommen“ bzw „ohne Erfolg teilgenommen“.
