Aims, contents and method of the course

The course is designed for students in the first stage of study to prepare for the module examination in "Legal and Constitutional History". Using sources, thematic focal points both from the section "Constitutional History" as well "History of Private Law" are discussed.
The content of the course will focus on the period after 1848 for constitutional history and on the period from the middle of the 18th century for the history of private law.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

There will be two wirtten test; It is possible to better the evaluation up to two marks on the cause of active participation. But it is not possible to change a negative evaluation into a positive only this way, e.g. one of the written tests have to be positive.
