Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Introduction to the basic concepts of Austrian health law (definitions, history, organizational structure, informed consent, professional confidentiality etc.)
Assessment and permitted materials
Written exams in November and January (currently planned as open-book moodle exams)

Examination topics
Presentation (with PPP slides) of basic questions of Austrian medical law, slected case-studies will also be presented. The course is currently planned in a hybrid format: There will be a live-stream while about 40 persons per session may be present during the course. Students will be divided into groups for this purpose, this will be done before the first session. Questions will be possible via chat/mail; details will be sent out to all registered participants. If the university should be closed (again) due to Covid-19, there will be a fully digital option.
