Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course gives an overview over the different legal regimes of utilities regulation (energy, railway, postal services, telecoms) in Austria and the legal instruments used therein. Final exam
Assessment and permitted materials
Final written exam, use of script permitted
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Participants should gain a basic understanding of the concepts and problems of utilities regulation.
Examination topics
Lecture, participation by students (questions etc) is required; script provided by the lecturer
Reading list
Script will be provided in the first lesson and may be downloaded from beginning of march over the website www.bpv-huegel.com.
