Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

No minimum requirements other than the digital skills of an ICDL.
The quality of the examination of the technical and legal foundations of law in the knowledge and network society is the assessment criterion.
The subject of legal informatics is very broad and a lot of knowledge is available, but two hours per week can only provide an introduction to further study and hopefully also a path to mastery.
The exams are open book because it is difficult to remember the many complex details with such precision and you will want to train and improve your skills and not your nerd qualities.

Examination topics

Presentation; discussion; "blended learning"
A slides script is available and will be updated on a regular basis.
