The Competition takes place: 05.07. - 10.07.2024The CDRC is chaired by the International Bar Association (IBA), the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and the European Law Student's Association Austria (ELSA). Given the increasing importance of alternative dispute resolution methods in practice, the CDRC aims to establish itself as an internationally recognized platform for students and practitioners. In contrast to other student competitions (moot courts), the CDRC is open not only to students of law, but also students of economics who wish to demonstrate their talent in the field of negotiation and dispute resolution.
