Aims, contents and method of the course
Academic development and discussion of specific questions of international law on the basis of presentations and by writing a paper

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
In order to be admitted to the seminar, candidates must have already completed at least one course from the subject of international law (exercise, lecture, revision course, moot court, etc.) or the elective subject basket "Law of International Relations". In the event of an excessive number of candidates, preference will be given to those candidates who have already completed the oral module examination in international law.
In addition to students of the Diploma Programme and the Doctorate in Law, students of International Law who wish to write their Bachelor's thesis in the context of this seminar are also invited to participate.
