Developing strategies to solve problems in the field of Landlord and Tenant Law
Applied learning through joined discussions of typical cases concerning the Austrian Tenancy Act

Assessment and permitted materials

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Students will be able to cope with problems in the field of Landlord and Tenant Law on their own, find arguments for both sides and have a realistic view of the chances of success in a certain case.

Examination topics

Handling cases by

- defining the problems of the case
- finding out which provisions are applicable
- finding arguments supporting the positions of landlord / tenant
- solving the case by giving reasons
Exam: Participation during the course necessary
