Doctorate students are asked to arrange and individual term in my office for preparation of the tutorial.
Diploma students will have a common preparation term on Thursday, 13th October, 10.00 a.m. at the conference room of the KRGÖ, Strohgasse 45/2d, 1030 Wien (tramway 71, tramway station Heumarkt).
The prestentations of the papers of the doctorate students will be on Wednesday, 14th December, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the Sem 41 (Juridicum).

Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The Tutorial will give opportunity to doctoral students to report on their researches and to discuss problems. The professor will give general and, if possible, also specific explanations regarding methodology in legal history and to the requirements on a doctoral thesis.
Assessment and permitted materials
The grade will result on the oral as well as on the written achievments.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Independent research, preparation and presentation of a scientific topic; written report.
Examination topics
Participants will be asked for a 20-minute-presentation. A PPP will be possible but is not mandatory. Participation on the presentation day is obligatory!
