Ziel des Seminars ist, Reflexion über arbeits- und sozialrechtliche Regelungen und deren Handhabung der anwaltlichen Praxis zu vermitteln.
Assessment and permitted materials
Leistungskontrolle erfolgt durch Beurteilung der Seminararbeit, der mündlichen Präsentation sowie der Beteiligung an der Diskussion im Rahmen der Seminarsitzungen.
