Please note: The seminar will start at 5 pm and lasts approx. 2 hours (please note that the first lesson starts at 6pm). The later end time (8pm) is only indicated for the purpose of having time reserves in case a guest lecture at one of the planned dates starts later (this will be announced at the beginning of the course).

Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Practitioners from different fields of medical law will share insights from their professional activity, followed by a joint discussion. Presentations, amongst others, by judges, attorneys and patient attorneys
Assessment and permitted materials
Short paper on a chosen lecture (short decription of main contents); and short online comprehension test (moodle, open book)Attendance is complulsory, absence during two units will be tolerated
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Short paper (80%), online test (20%); 51% of the maximum points required.Cerification of successful attendance, no marks are given
